SC, Bursa Malaysia grant waivers for companies seeking to list


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) -- The Securities Commission (SC) and Bursa Malaysia Bhd is offering a 12-month waiver and rebate on listing-related fees to help reduce the companies’ fundraising cost and provide further financial relief to listed issuers.

In a joint statement, both regulators said this initiative was part of the relief measures under the Strategic Programmes to Empower the People and Economy (PEMERKASA) announced by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Wednesday.
