KUALA LUMPUR: Hock Seng Lee Bhd (HSL) has received a letter of acceptance from Yayasan Sarawak, a statutory body of the Sarawak state government, to construct a Leadership Training Institute for Sarawak’s civil service.
The contract is valued at RM130.7mil and was obtained through an open tender exercise.
