Trimming the fat


AmInvestment Bank Research maintained its “hold “call and financial forecasts on Sime Darby Property but raised its share price fair value to 63 sen from 61 sen previously based on a 50% discount to its revised net asset value.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd is speeding up its monetisation efforts to improve cash flow and balance sheet as it continues to build on its ongoing pipeline of projects plus diversify its portfolio.

In a report AmInvestment Bank Research (AmInvestment) said the property developer is doing it even as it continues to dispose of its land, unload non-core investments assets and clear inventory.
