PETALING JAYA: The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has named Shanti Ramu as its director of legal department as part of its continuing efforts to augment its “Reinvent” agenda.

In a statement, MDEC said Shanti would manage and oversee the agency’s legal affairs and drive organisational compliance by providing legal guidance, in-depth analysis and recommending solutions.

She would also develop, lead and implement best-in-class practices for the legal department while providing strategic and commercial advice in all areas.
