Bhas has declared a special final dividend of 2.13 sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31,2020.
It said on Monday shareholders had the option under the dividend reinvestment scheme to reinvest in new shares, or part of the portion for new shares and receive the balance in cash, or not take part in the reinvestment.
