and Victoria Education Sdn Bhd have teamed up to establish and operate preschools under the award-winning MindChamps PreSchool Ltd brand name.
A joint statement said Victoria Education would hold a 70% stake in the joint-venture (JV) company while Sunsuria Arena Sdn Bhd would hold the remaining 30%.
