Major ethane job by MISC

KUALA LUMPUR: MISC Bhd’s first very-large ethane carrier (VLEC), Seri Everest, has delivered its first cargo-ethane discharge of 51,000 tonnes at Lianyungang port in China, loaded from Orbit Terminal in the US.

In a statement, the company said the Seri Everest’s loading and discharge on Feb 28, which was managed by Eaglestar Shipmanagement Gas (S) Pte Ltd, is to date the largest in the history of ethane shipping.
