Hextar’s Q4 net profit jumps 48.2%


Hextar executive director Datuk Eddie Ong (pic) said the exercise was aimed at rewarding the company’s shareholders and providing a greater participation in the equity of the company in terms of the number of shares held, while maintaining their percentage of equity interest.

PETALING JAYA: Hextar Global Bhd saw its net profit rise 48.2% to RM11.5mil for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31,2020, from RM7.8mil in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year, in line with the increase in revenue.

During the quarter in review, the agrochemicals manufacturer’s revenue rose 21.7% to RM100.8mil from RM82.8mil previously.
