AirAsia incentive scheme to help conserve cash

AirAsia said proceeds from the Esos will be used for the group’s working capital purposes and payment of trade and other payables, employee costs as well as marketing and administrative expenses.

The move will also help conserve cash and align employees and shareholders’ interest as both parties will benefit from the increase in the share price of AirAsia, said MIDF Research.
