Additional RM2 cess for CPO


Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali has authorised the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) to increase the cess on CPO.

PETALING JAYA: The government has increased the cess on crude palm oil (CPO) by RM2 per tonne to RM16.

Under the Federal Government Gazette published by the Attorney General’s Chambers, Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali has authorised the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) to increase the cess on CPO.
