CCM files application to withdraw listing status


On Nov 17,2020, CCM had announced that 56.32% of its stake held by Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) and its unit trust funds were sold to plantation and industrial chemicals group Batu Kawan Bhd for RM292.79mil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Chemical Co of Malaysia Bhd (CCM) has submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia for the withdrawal of its listing status from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia, pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
