Asdion signs MoU with PMME


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the MoU was to lay the foundation for the formalisation and execution of a formal agreement/s between PMME and Renox Stainless Steel Co Ltd (RSS), a sub-distributor of AMSM based in Thailand.

KUALA LUMPUR: Asdion Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Asdion Material Supply Marketing Sdn Bhd (AMSM) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PMM Energy Sdn Bhd (PMME) to explore business opportunities in several countries.
