Asdion signs MoU with PMME


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the MoU was to lay the foundation for the formalisation and execution of a formal agreement/s between PMME and Renox Stainless Steel Co Ltd (RSS), a sub-distributor of AMSM based in Thailand.

KUALA LUMPUR: Asdion Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Asdion Material Supply Marketing Sdn Bhd (AMSM) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PMM Energy Sdn Bhd (PMME) to explore business opportunities in several countries.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the MoU was to lay the foundation for the formalisation and execution of a formal agreement/s between PMME and Renox Stainless Steel Co Ltd (RSS), a sub-distributor of AMSM based in Thailand.

“The rationale of the MoU is to pave way for further discussion and negotiation between the partners to pursue business opportunities in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia to enhance Asdion’s financial position, ” it said. — Bernama
