Affin Hwang AM’s assets under administration up 26% to RM73b in 2020


KUALA LUMPUR: Affin Hwang Asset Management Bhd’s assets under administration (AUA) recorded a 26% increase to RM73bil at end-2020, which was the strongest since its inception in 2001.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Affin Hwang AM said the increase from RM58bil at the start of 2020 was buoyed by steady inflows into its unit trust funds as investors seek better returns in a low interest rate environment.
