EPF to resume counter services at KL branch on Friday


All EPF counter services nationwide will be operating from 8.30am until 3pm, beginning Feb 1, until further notice.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will resume counter services at its Jalan Raja Laut branch here on Friday.

In a statement on Thursday, it said visits to the branch could only be made by appointments via the Janji Temu Online facility within the EPF website (www.kwsp.gov.my).

The retirement fund said all members must go through a temperature screening and check in via MySejahtera prior to entering the branch premises.

It added all members must observe physical distancing measures during their entire visit.

The EPF said the standard operating procedures (SOPs) were to ensure the safety and health of its members and staff. The SOPs are also being enforced in it all its branches nationwide.
