Bioalpha in vaccine distribution MoU

KUALA LUMPUR: Bioalpha Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary has entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Zuellig Pharma Sdn Bhd for the import and distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the contract was effective since Jan 22, and subject to approval from the relevant authorities for the distribution and sale of the vaccine.

“The MoU enables the company to expand its business into distribution of vaccines, such as Covid-19 vaccine, which has favourable prospects following the recent pandemic, ” said the health supplement company.
