Bintai Kinden teams up with ASX-listed International Equities

KUALA LUMPUR: Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd has inked a collaboration agreement with Australia-listed International Equities Corp Ltd to undertake two mixed property development and management projects in Melaka and Penang.

Bintai Kinden had last week announced its expansion into property development with the two projects, which will feature healthcare facilities and wellness services.

The group will take the lead in the development of the projects, named Holistica Melaka and Holistica Penang, on two parcels of freehold land measuring 5.34 acres with an estimated gross development value of RM470mil.

International Equities will provide technical consultation, planning, design, development and other services.

The parties will set up a management company to undertake the marketing and operations of the projects.

“I would like to personally thank International Equities for their confidence in Bintai Kinden and commitment to develop a holistic wellness model and create thriving communities.

"I look forward to accelerate our holistic development projects together, ” said Bintai Kinden managing director Ong Choon Lui.
