has announced that the UK Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) has advised that two of the three licence agreements pursuant to the latter’s offer for award received by Hibiscus’ indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Anasuria Hibiscus UK Ltd (AHUK), have been fully-executed.
