Logos inks first Malaysian JV deal

KUALA LUMPUR: Logos SE Asia Pte Ltd, a leading logistics real estate specialist in Asia Pacific, has entered into a joint-venture (JV) with a local partner to develop a sustainable integrated logistics, warehousing and e-commerce hub in Shah Alam, Selangor.

The project, to be developed in phases, will cover a total development area of 745,000 sq m and gross leasable area of about 505,000 sq m spanning across five warehouse blocks.
