Serba Dinamik wins new deals


The projects were secured through wholly-owned subsidiaries SDIT International Ltd (SDITIL) and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) as well as the 75%-owned subsidiary PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia (PT SDI).

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has secured 11 new projects in operations and maintenance (O&M), engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) as well as information, communications and technology (ICT).

The projects were secured through wholly-owned subsidiaries SDIT International Ltd (SDITIL) and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) as well as the 75%-owned subsidiary PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia (PT SDI).

The total value for the nine projects is RM548.2mil, with the other two contracts (in Malaysia) not having a specified value due to being on a “call-out” basis whereby work orders are awarded at the discretion of the clients based on their activities’ schedules and rates throughout the duration of the respective contracts.
