Hap Seng buys Labuan land for RM205mil


In a filing with the stock exchange, Hap Seng said its wholly owned subsidiary, Caliber Suncity Sdn Bhd, had entered into a sale and purchase agreement to buy the three parcels of land, together with buildings erected thereon, from Victoria Land Sdn Bhd in a related party transaction

PETALING JAYA: Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd has proposed to acquire three adjoining parcels of industrial land in Labuan for a total consideration of RM205.25mil.

It said the proposed acquisition represented a long-term strategic investment opportunity of a servicing centre supporting the offshore oil and gas industry in the region.
