Yesterday, Time dotCom told Bursa Malaysia that both the deals had been completed.
PETALING JAYA: TIME Dotcom Bhd
will pay up to RM58.7mil cash for its 60% stake in AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd, including deferred consideration, if certain conditions are fulfilled in future.
The deal is conditional on AVM buying over the remaining 40% of its subsidiary, Integrated Global Solutions Sdn Bhd (IGS).
