Ageson undertakes RM1.24bil GDV project


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said it entered a development rights agreement (DRA) with MBI Perak for the mixed-development that has a gross development value of RM1.24bil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Ageson Bhd’s 75% owned Ageson Holdings Sdn Bhd has teamed up with Menteri Besar Inc (Perak) to develop about 475 acres of land in Batang Padang, Perak.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said it entered a development rights agreement (DRA) with MBI Perak for the mixed-development that has a gross development value of RM1.24bil.
