KUALA LUMPUR: Ageson Bhd
's 75% owned Ageson Holdings Sdn Bhd has teamed up with Menteri Besar Inc (Perak) to develop about 475 acres of land in Batang Padang, Perak.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday, it said it had entered a development rights agreement (DRA) with MBI Perak for the mixed-development has a gross development value of RM1.24bil.
