KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia was higher at midday on Wednesday, with steady buying seen in smaller capitalised stocks, as investor sentiment perked up following the better showing by key Asian markets.
At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI was up 2.29 points or 0.14% to 1,637.28. Turnover was 4.72 billion shares valued at RM1.88bil. Advancers led decliners 563 to 455 while 469 counters were unchanged.
