Chin Hin’s related property deal draws mixed views

PETALING JAYA: Chin Hin Group Bhd’s proposed RM88.9mil cash acquisition of 176.6 million shares or 51.5% stake as well as 37.6 million warrants in Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) from related parties, has drawn mixed views from research analysts.

The deal is based on 45 sen per ordinary share and 25 sen per warrant, and will be funded via a combination of internally generated funds, bank borrowings and fund-raising exercise.
