KUALA LUMPUR: Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners have resigned as auditors of SMTrack Bhd
on a voluntary basis.
Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners were appointed as the auditors of SMTrack at the last AGM of the company on Dec 27,2019.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said “the board is “not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company.”
SMTrack said it would appoint another audit firm as the new auditors.
“Further announcement will be made by the company once the appointment of new auditors is finalised, ” it added.
