Prolexus quarterly net profit up eight-fold


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its revenue fell 14.4% to RM83.97mil in the quarter compared with RM98.11mil a year ago dragged by lower sales of apparels, which was mitigated by sales of fabric mask in the quarter.

KUALA LUMPUR: Prolexus Bhd’s net profit jumped almost eight-fold to RM15.23mil in the first quarter ended Oct 31, compared with RM1.95mil a year ago, bolstered by higher margin from the sales of fabric mask.
