KUALA LUMPUR: GuocoLand (M) Bhd, which has received another unusual market activity (UMA) query from Bursa Malaysia yesterday, said it was unaware of the reasons for the UMA.
At midday Tuesday, the company’s shares fell 4.5 sen to 71 sen with 373,900 shares traded.
In a reply to the UMA query, the company said it is not aware of any cause including corporate development, rumour and any possible explanations that may had caused the UMA after making due enquiry with its directors and major share holders.
GuocoLand added that the company would make any necessary announcement to Bursa in compliance with paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities on immediate disclosure obligations.
