KUALA LUMPUR: Chemical Company of Malaysia Bhd (CCM) has announced changes in its boardroom, including the resignation of its chairman, Datuk Idris Kechot and non-independent director Amizar Mizuar.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, CCM said Amizar also resigned as the group’s member of Remuneration Committee and member of Nomination Committee.
