IOI Properties reviewing potential investments


“Any corporate proposal with good potential will be tabled to the board for deliberation and approval. We will make the necessary announcement(s) in compliance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia upon procuring the board’s approval, ” IOI Properties said in a reply to Bursa Malaysia Securities query.

PETALING JAYA: IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOI Prop) has reviewed a number of potential investments or acquisitions in the food and beverage, real estate, wellness, pharmaceuticals and other segments.

The company said these investments were only at a preliminary and exploratory basis and it had not reached a stage where it had entered into contractual obligations to secure rights nor had it established any contractual or operational working mechanisms.
