THE dollar took a heavy beating during the week in review, down 1.17% to 90.71 – hitting its lowest level since April 2018.
The selling pressure was driven by a higher investors’ risk appetite fuelled by rising optimism on the idea that a global vaccination campaign could come as soon as end-2020.
