KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
has announced a series of contracts secured by its subsidiaries.
The group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the units have secured five contracts worth about US$114.3mil (RM465.9mil) and four contracts with no specific value attached.
Each of the contracts has a tenure of one to three years.
Wholly owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik International Ltd has secured an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract and an operations and maintenance (O&M) contract.
PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia, a 75%-owned subsidiary of Serba Dinamik International, has secured one O&M contract and one information, communication and technology contract.
SDIT International Ltd, a sub-subsidiary of Serba Dinamik Holdings, has secured an ICT contract.
Four O&M contracts with no specific value were secured by Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd, a sub-subsidiary of Serba Dinamik Holdings.
These contracts are on a "call-out" basis whereby work orders will be awarded at the discretion of the client based on their activities' schedules and rates throughout the duration of the contracts.
"The contracts secured are not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of SDHB and its group of companies for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
"The contracts secured are expected to contribute positively to the SDHB Group’s earnings for the FYE 31 December 2020," said Serba Dinamik.
