Green Packet plans to buy Xendity for RM42mil


The acquisition of Xendity will provide Green Packet with immediate access to the former’s e-KYC technology that accelerate the development of Green Packet’s e-KYC solutions and contribute to its cloud computing business.

PETALING JAYA: Green Packet Bhd has entered into a share sale agreement to acquire the entire equity interest in the Singapore-headquartered Xendity Pte Ltd, which is involved in electronic know-your-customer (e-KYC) technology.

The proposed acquisition will be undertaken at US$10mil (RM41.67mil) via US$1.5mil cash and the remaining US$8.5mil through the issuance of new ordinary shares in Green Packet.
