Boustead reaffirms pledge to fight corruption

PETALING JAYA: Boustead Holdings Bhd has reaffirmed its commitment to uphold integrity and anti-corruption practices, less than a week after its subsidiary lodged a report to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on possible irregularities in a RM9bil project undertaken by its associate company.

The conglomerate, which is majority owned by the Armed Forces Fund Board with a 59.4% stake, said “highest standards of integrity, accountability and professionalism” are practised throughout its operations and units.
