DRB-Hicom’s earnings buoyed by tax holiday

“The automotive, services and properties sectors recorded their best quarterly performance in the third quarter. This, as our subsidiaries including joint-venture and associate companies performed better in the quarter under review, ” DRB-Hicom said in a statement.

PETALING JAYA: DRB-Hicom Bhd reported a net profit of RM47.5mil in its third quarter ended Sept 30, on the back of revenues at RM3.56bil.

The company said it did not have a year-on-year comparative quarter in the previous year due to a change in the financial year-end from March 31 to Dec 31.
