KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI rebounded on Wednesday following Bank Negara's decision yesterday to maintain the overnight policy rate and as equity markets turn more optimistic over the ongoing US election.
At 12.30pm, the country's key index picked up 7.36 points to 1,468.81, helping to erase some of the losses experienced on Monday where jitters over political uncertainty and a potential interest rate cut sent equities tumbling.
