Scomi Group faces suspension from next Monday


To recap, Scomi Group failed to issue its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports for FY20 for public release within the stipulated timeframe, which is Oct 31.

KUALA LUMPUR: Scomi Group Bhd faces suspension on Monday, Nov 9 if it is unable to submit the outstanding annual reports for the financial year ended June 30,2020 (AR 2020) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd by this Friday.

Bursa Securities said on Tuesday if a company fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within six months from the expiry of the relevant timeframes, it faces delisting,
