has proposed to acquire a parcel of freehold land, measuring 0.47ha, in Kuala Lumpur for RM15.13mil.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said its wholly owned subsidiary Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd had yesterday entered a sale and purchase agreement to acquire the land with Span Holdings Sdn Bhd.
