Dr Hasnita Hashim, who has been appointed the new chairman of Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Ltd and Maybank Investment Bank, holds a doctorate in Nuclear Physics from Oxford University and also has 30 years of global financial management experience in the field of asset management, structured finance and asset securitisation.
KUALA LUMPUR: Dr Hasnita Hashim has been appointed the new chairman of Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Ltd and Maybank Investment Bank with effect from Nov 2.
The banking group announced on Friday she will take over from Datuk Mohaiyani Shamsudin who retires from the Maybank Group on Nov 1.
