KUALA LUMPUR: The termination of the Federal Land Development Authority’s (Felda) land lease agreement (LLA) with FGV Holdings Bhd and the issuance of a RM9.9bil sukuk by Felda are among proposals approved by the Cabinet to ensure Felda’s recovery.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the proposals also included debt restructuring with financial institutions and boosting settlers’ self-reliance.
