’s unit Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd has secured a RM1.25bil contract to complete the remaining building works for the iconic 8 Conlay mixed-development in Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur.
8 Conlay will own the world’s tallest twisted twin residential towers and the first and only Kempinski Hotel in Malaysia.
