Almost all get Maybank okay


Maybank group CEO of community financial services, Datuk John Chong. (pic) said the bank had processed some 81,000 applications from these two categories of customers.

KUALA LUMPUR: More than 99% of applications for repayment assistance processed by Malayan Banking Bhd as of Oct 15, have been approved.

In a statement, the bank said these comprise applications by both individuals and SME customers who are seeking additional financial support following the end of the six-month blanket loan moratorium on Sept 30.
