PETALING JAYA: Air Traffic Rights (ATR) applications fell by 66.7% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2020, mainly caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, said the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom).

In a statement yesterday, Mavcom said 12 ATR applications were approved in the third quarter, representing 100% of applications received during the period.
