The Ace Market bound Samaiden’s IPO involved a public issue of 61.155 million new shares at an issue price of 48 sen per share. Based on its enlarged issued share capital of 210 million shares and IPO price, the company’s market capitalisation is RM100.8mil

PETALING JAYA: The initial public offering (IPO) of Ace Market-bound Samaiden Group Bhd has been oversubscribed by 65.91 times.

The renewable energy (RE) solutions provider is slated for stock-market debut on Oct 15, with the aim to raise RM29.35mil.
