(KPPROP) will buy a parcel of 0.469ha freehold land in Kuala Lumpur for RM10.1mil to expand and strengthen its landbank size.
The construction and property group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd (KPS), yesterday had entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the proposed acquisition of the land located nearby its mixed development project Bloomsvale in Old Klang Road.
