KLCI clings on to 1,500-level; 669 counters down


KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia closed higher on Friday after a hesitant start, reflecting the cautious mood.

At 5pm, the FBM KLCI was up 3.53 points, or 0.24% to 1,500.30. The market traded within a range of 12.19 points between an intra-day high of 1,501.85 and a low of 1,489.66 during the session.
