Sime Seremban project has 90% take-up rate


Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican (pic) said the group is enjoying the positive impact of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020 with overwhelming support by the public for new products under the Spotlight 8 campaign.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd achieved a 90% take-up rate for phase one Embun 2 landed property project in Bandar Ainsdale, Seremban under its Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign.

The property developer said 54 out of 60 landed home units of the phase one project were sold during the Spotlight 8 weekend from Sept 19 to Sept 20.
