Scientex's unit to acquire 8 parcels of land in Johor for RM185mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Scientex Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Scientex Quatari Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Lee Pineapple Co. (Pte) Ltd to acquire eight parcels of land in Pulai, Johor measuring approximately 81.82 hectares for RM185 million.

In a statement today, the developer said the acquisition is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021 and would be financed by internally generated funds as well as bank borrowings.
