KUALA LUMPUR: Construction firm Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad said a 70% owned subsidiary has secured a contract worth RM154.4mil to build a temporary coastal protection structure in Tanjung Tokong, Penang.
The project was awarded by Tanjung Pinang Development Sdn Bhd, the developer of the Seri Tanjung Pinang Phase 2 project.
"The construction works will take 40 months," Kerjaya Prospek said in a statement today.
This is Kerjaya fifth contract secured this year, with a cumulative value of RM1.3bil. Current outstanding order book stood at RM3.7bil.
