KUALA LUMPUR: Ipmuda Bhd
, a building material supplier, said it has secured a RM78mil contract to build a 100MWac solar power facility in Marang, Terengganu.
The engineering, procurement, commissioning and completion (EPCC) contract was awarded by Coara Marang Sdn Bhd to Ipmuda Rensol Sdn Bhd.
The project was expected to start by Nov 15 and to be completed by Nov 1, 2021.
"The EPCC Contract, however is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of Ipmuda for the financial year ending June 30, 2021 onwards until the expiry of the EPCC Contract," it said.
